Kyle Busch‘s wife is breaking her silence after her husband’s shocking death.
As we previously reported, the NASCAR world lost a legend last month when Kyle died after a sudden illness. He had reportedly been suffering from bacterial pneumonia that sadly turned into sepsis, and he succumbed to his condition just three days before he was due to race in the Coca-Cola 600. So heartbreaking.
The race went on that weekend, and his wife Samantha Busch, even showed up with their kids Brexton, 11, and Lennix, 4, to be present for a memorial for the driver. The tribute took place before the race. You can watch it for yourself (below):
So moving… We can’t imagine how tough it was for her and her children to be there just three days after they lost Kyle.

Now, just two weeks after the tragedy, Samantha has officially broken her silence. On Instagram, the grieving widow shared a precious family photo, and wrote in the caption:
“As a family, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. The prayers, messages, flowers, meals, hugs, and countless acts of kindness have carried us through the most heartbreaking days of our lives. While our hearts are absolutely shattered, we have felt God’s presence and arms wrapped tightly around us through each and every one of you.”
She continued, talking about her faith and Kyle’s legacy:
“The love that has surrounded our family during this unimaginable time has brought comfort in the middle of so much pain. Knowing the impact Kyle had on others and seeing how they are honoring him through each unique act of generosity is a true testament to how special Kyle is to so many people. There are moments when the weight of this loss feels impossible to carry, yet time and time again God, through you all, has shown us we are not alone.”
Wrapping up her post, she signed the letter from herself and her kids, writing:
“From family and friends to fans and complete strangers, thank you for showing up for us. Thank you for loving our family so well. Thank you for loving Kyle. Thank you for honoring him. We may never find the words to fully express what your support has meant to us, but please know that we are deeply grateful.”
Just so devastating. See the full post (below):
Our heart continues to be with everyone who knew and loved Kyle. May he rest in peace.
