If Suki Waterhouse and Robert Pattinson‘s daughter wants to pursue a career in entertainment in the future, the singer will be more than happy to use her connections to help open some doors.
During a recent interview with Nylon, the Daisy Jones & The Six star got candid when asked if she would invite their two-year-old daughter, whose name has yet to be revealed publicly, into Hollywood or the music world when she’s older.
“Why would I advise against it? I’d be nepo-babying the hell out of her,” she replied with a laugh. “Oh no. Why didn’t I just keep that inside?”
Whether it’s acting or singing, their daughter definitely has some talented parents to look up to. Just look at Pattinson’s filmography, from Twilight and The Batman to Mickey 17 and Primetime. As for Waterhouse, in addition to acting, she’s also established a successful music career, including with her recently released third studio album, Loveland.
“Obviously my life’s changed a lot, and it’s been really great because it makes me say no just a couple of times more than I ever would have,” Waterhouse also told Nylon of prioritizing family life since welcoming her daughter in 2024. “It’s nice to be like, ‘I want to be home with her.’”
“Before, if someone asked, ‘Hey, there’s this thing in Paris and you have to leave tomorrow,’ I’d go,” she added. “When you’re in the studio, you’re away and doing late nights. So when you’re done, you have to be like: This time is protected, these days are protected.”
Last year, Pattinson also opened up about fatherhood during an interview with Icon Magazine. “I have so much more patience,” The Odyssey actor said at the time. “It’s funny, it’s not even patience; I genuinely enjoy hanging out with babies. That surprised me.”
He also quipped about how funny it is to have “real, normie conversations — about things like schools or daycares” since becoming a father. He added, “It’s so strange. It’s like, there’s this gravitational pull…Like, I have to wear Patagonia puffer jackets and cargo shorts now. I just have to.”
