Dolly Parton‘s star on the world famous Hollywood Walk of Fame has been VANDALIZED!
After a week of fans leaving tributes at the site of the country music legend’s star — flowers, gifts, you name it — things took a dramatic turn on Monday when a custodian noticed her name had been aggressively SCRATCHED OFF. And to make it worse, the star itself was CRACKED!
BULLS**T.
Naturally, everyone is so upset by this. Even hip hop group Wu Tang Clan posted about it! They’re pissed as hell, taking to X (Twitter), to share a photo of the damage and write:
“Oh hell no….some POS scratched up Dolly Parton’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame….we ride at dawn!”

Seriously, who would do such f**kery?? Dolly was beloved by ALL.
She wasn’t just a singer. She was a humanitarian who endlessly gave her riches to those in need, donation after donation after donation. She even created Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library — a service that has distributed more than 330 million free books worldwide, significantly boosting early childhood literacy and family reading habits.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, one fan reports:
“When we arrived a custodian was cleaning and told us a woman kicked candles around, then with the shards of one scratched the star. Then a man came and stole the flowers that were there.”
Srsly? The flowers too??
Thankfully the Hollywood Historic Trust and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce are already on it. A new star will be unveiled on Friday.

And you know, as upsetting as this is, something tells us Dolly wouldn’t want anyone to harbor anger. So here’s hoping whoever did this gets the help they need.
