Not only does it have nine generations of video games, with a 10th one on the way, but also a long-running anime series to the point where there’s speculation that there will be a change to how the show is produced. As the franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary, The Pokémon Company has launched a product that’s perfect for collectors. And no, it’s not another addition to the Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration set.
Pokémon is a franchise where humans co-exist in a world with these superpowered creatures called Pokémon. While there are people who keep them as pets, there are those who travel the world with them to become a Pokémon master by battling the gyms and the Pokémon League. While the video games began in 1996, the anime adaptation began in 1997, and it wasn’t long before Pokémon released movies based on this popular brand.
Recently, Amazon listed an exciting, exclusive Pokémon product that’s perfect for collectors, especially given how challenging it is to watch official Pokémon media. The Pokémon: 24-Movie Collection is an upcoming product that has a steep price tag of $399.99. It includes a massive Blu-ray movie collection from 1999’s Pokémon: The First Movie to the most recent, 2021’s Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle, packaged in a book-like box set stored in an 11.87 by 11.02 inch Pokéball-shaped case with its own stand. According to the Amazon listing, watching all these Pokémon movies would take over 34 hours. The item is currently available for pre-order, but a release date has yet to be announced.

The Pokémon Company Has Announced a Brand New Movie
During the 2026 Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco, The Pokémon Company announced several upcoming projects, including a movie scheduled for 2027. Pokémon: Wild Card is a Pokémon movie featuring a different protagonist and will be based on the Pokémon Trading Card Game. While the plot for this feature has yet to be unveiled, a teaser trailer was released, showing our main character and their partner Pokémon, Mimikyu. The studio behind the feature is CloverWorks, known for animating The Promise Neverland, Spy x Family, Bocchi the Rock!, and an upcoming Neon Genesis Evangelion series.
