When the 2026 Emmy nominations were announced last week, A-listers like Zendaya, Jean Smart, and Harrison Ford were front and center in the headlines. However, dozens of famous faces received bids as producers — credits that sometimes go unnoticed by Emmy watchers.
Emma Stone, the two-time Best Actress Oscar winner for La La Land and Poor Things, is no doubt hoping to increase her EGOT chances this year with an Emmy for producing The Yogurt Shop Murders. The crime doc aired in August, but an all-important update episode was released on May 22, a week before the cutoff for Emmy eligibility.
Nicole Kidman is an Emmy nominee this year for Best Comedy Series as a producer of Margo’s Got Money Troubles, the Apple TV series in which she guest-starred. Some of her fellow A-list producers on the show include Elle Fanning, Dakota Fanning, and Michelle Pfeiffer. This marks Kidman’s fourth Emmy nomination after winning twice for Big Little Lies (series and actress), and she pocketed an Oscar for The Hours as Best Actress.

Joining Kidman as big-name producers of Best Comedy Series nominees are Kristen Bell (Nobody Wants This), Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez (Only Murders in the Building), Jason Segel and Brett Goldstein (Shrinking), and Matthew Rhys (Widow’s Bay).
For Best Drama Series contenders, some of the recognizable producers include Keri Russell (The Diplomat), Sterling K. Brown (Paradise), and Jon Hamm (Your Friends & Neighbors), plus last year’s winning producer and actor, Noah Wyle (The Pitt).
Producers of Best Limited Series nominees that you’ve heard of include Jason Bateman and David Harbour (DTF St. Louis), Claire Danes and Conan O’Brien (The Beast in Me), Sarah Snook (All Her Fault), and the following sextet from Season 2 of Beef: Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Cailee Spaeny, Charles Melton, Steven Yeun, and Ali Wong.
The Best Movie race is small but mighty, with John Krasinski (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War), and Idris Elba and John Cena (Heads of State) being nominated as producers.

For the variety races, famous nominees include Sabrina Carpenter and Seth Rogen (The Muppet Show), Dave Chappelle (The Unstoppable), Nikki Glaser (Good Girl and the Golden Globes), Taylor Swift (The Eras Tour: The Final Show), Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and Bad Bunny (The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show), Trevor Noah (the Grammys), Conan O’Brien (the Oscars), and Cynthia Erivo (the Tonys).
Finally, the documentary categories are represented by folks like Colin Hanks and Ryan Reynolds (John Candy: I Like Me) and this year’s Emmy host, Mariska Hargitay (My Mom Jayne).
