Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce can never be too cautious! That’s why they’re sparing no expense when it comes to keeping their wedding safe and secure!

Ahead of the couple’s big Madison Square Garden wedding, TMZ got word from some New York Police Department officers that they’re about to get a BIG payday for Tay Tay’s wedding weekend. Per a source on Tuesday, there’s going to be over 70 detectives from different precincts across the city, all working for $80 to $90 per hour. And they’re all going to have 8.5 hour shifts on both Thursday and Friday, for the rehearsal and wedding.

That’s some serious cash — and to save you the math, it’s just about $95,000 bucks in those workers’ pockets JUST for this part! It goes further, with around 50 police officers expected to be working MSG for the weekend, making $70/hr for nine hour shifts. That’s around $63,000 for them! And that’s STILL not all!

The sources claimed some higher-ups in the NYPD will also be working, and with their salaries added, the cost is bumped up to over $160,000 in total. Wow! Right now, it’s unclear if Taylor is footing the bill or if it’ll be funded with taxpayer money.
