Tom Sandoval’s ex’s father is fighting back.
As we’ve been following, the Vanderpump Rules alum had a blowout confrontation with his now-ex girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father Will Robinson on June 3 at their shared home in Hollywood Hills. During the ferocious fight, which was captured on home security footage obtained by TMZ, Tom is seen pacing around while loudly arguing with Victoria and Will, who were sitting near a fire pit. At one point, Tom rushes Victoria after believing she was recording him, and at that point, her father jumps in and grabs Tom around the waist. The reality star then shoves Will backward into the lit fire pit before running inside and being chased. Watch (below):
Tom was granted a temporary restraining order against the Robinsons after claiming in court docs Victoria verbally and physically abused him that night after drinking. He claimed that after running inside and locking himself away for protection, Will punched a hole through his door and that Victoria struck him in the head so hard it affected his vision:
“I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.”

After being granted the TRO, Victoria and Will were ordered to move out of the home and remain 100 yards away from Tom… However, they quickly began fighting back. On Thursday, Will told a different version of the story to TMZ:
“The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”
He revealed it was him who called the police, not Tom, for his and Victoria’s “safety.”
“This is my daughter’s home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”
On Friday, TMZ reported Will suffered a ruptured disc in his back and broke his thumb and elbow during the confrontation with Tom, and cut his heel. And now, he’s firing back with a restraining order filing of his own.
On Friday, Will filed for the restraining order, citing his injuries and claiming the whole argument started over “Tom lying” and when the reality TV star “overpowered” Victoria. He went on to claim Tom “began talking about himself having a gun” after locking himself in his room, but noted that the 42-year-old didn’t necessarily make any threats.
Yikes…
However, Will’s attempt at securing a TRO did NOT go as he planned… According to the outlet, it was denied until the trio’s upcoming court hearing as more info is reportedly needed before signing off on the order.
