Tom Sandoval filed for a restraining order against his girlfriend after she was arrested for allegedly attacking him!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday, the Vanderpump Rules alum claims Victoria Lee Robinson verbally and physically abused him following a night of drinking on June 3, which led to the end of their relationship. Sandoval alleges they started arguing when he noticed the model was filming him. This allegedly caused Victoria’s dad, Will Robinson, who has been living with the couple, to step in and become aggressive with him, to the point where the reality star had to lock himself in a guest room for protection.

However, Sandoval claims Will “punched a large hole” and put his face in the hole before smiling like in The Shining and saying he would f**k him up. He also allegedly lunged at Tom and put him in a bear hug that same night. Right after, the Bravo personality alleges Victoria hit him in the face and head so hard that it caused his vision to blur. He adds in the documents, per Page Six:
“I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.”
Following the alleged attack, Sandoval says Victoria started to record to make herself look like the victim. The TomTom co-owner then called the police, and when officers arrived at the scene, they arrested Victoria. Page Six reported that Leonardo DiCaprio‘s former “friend” bonded out and was released the same day of her arrest. She also had a court hearing on Thursday.
Sandoval claims that throughout their two-year relationship, Victoria has been abusive toward him, including punching him in the face, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at him, verbally abusing him, changing the passwords on his phone and social media, and tracking him via an AirTag. He further alleges she told him he was a “fucking loser” and that she could do way better than him.
Page Six reported that since the alleged incident on June 3, Sandoval claims Victoria and her dad continue to live in the rental home he is paying for, and that he has been “completely displaced.” He has been staying at various hotels and a friend’s home, but he is now demanding that the pair leave his place:
“I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings. I am requesting an immediate move-out order because I genuinely fear returning to the [residence] while [Robinson] and her father remain there and I have no alternate long-term accommodations.”
At this time, neither Victoria nor Tom has addressed the alleged attack. But a source confirmed to Us Weekly on Thursday that the two are no longer together:
“They are broken up,. Tom has endured this abuse for many months. For the most part, Tom has been supporting Victoria and her dad as Tom has been paying the rent and utilities. Victoria’s dad has been living in the house for free. He put up with far too much for too long.”
