Khloé Kardashian just proved that no matter how hard you try to avoid your exes in Hollywood, the universe always has other plans!
The Kardashians star spilled all the tea on the latest episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, revealing that she finally dragged herself out for a rare night on the town with bestie Malika Haqq — only to immediately come face-to-face with former flame French Montana. And honestly? The whole thing sounds way less dramatic than fans probably hoped for!

Khloé explained that the evening actually started off on a surprisingly high note with a fun dinner before the real chaos of the night kicked in:
“I had so much fun. We went to dinner first, and the dinner was actually so much fun.”
Sounds innocent enough, right? Well, then she arrived at the private party and BAM — there was French standing right in front of her! Talk about timing!
She said:
“The first person I run into is French. I was like, ‘Hi!’ He was like, ‘What are you doing?’ I was like, ‘What are you doing here?’”
Honestly, we’re a little shocked this wasn’t more awkward!
But according to Khloé, there’s absolutely no bad blood between the former couple, who dated briefly back in 2014 during one of her many highly-publicized relationship eras. She made it clear the interaction was quick, casual, and completely drama-free. Apparently they only chatted for a moment before moving on with the night.
Still, running into one ex at a party wasn’t enough for the reality star. Nope! She also revealed that Tristan Thompson was there too! Because of course he was! Only in Kardashian-world can a casual night out turn into an accidental ex-boyfriend convention.
Even with all the familiar faces, Khloé admitted the experience reminded her why she usually stays home these days:
“I saw so many people that I haven’t seen in so long. You think you miss so much by not going to these things, like, ‘oh, I haven’t been out literally in months, I haven’t gone to a party like that…’ And then you go out, you’re like, I’m not missing a thing.”
Ouch!
Somewhere, every Hollywood party promoter just felt personally attacked.
Still, it wasn’t a terrible night by any means. In fact, Khloé said she and her friends mostly spent the evening hanging out in their booth talking instead of doing anything particularly wild:
“We had so much fun, but doing what? Like I was sitting in a booth talking the whole time.”
Honestly? Relatable queen behavior.

And unlike some celebrity partygoers who end up trending for all the wrong reasons the next morning, Khloé made sure to keep things tame because motherhood comes first:
“I’ve gotta go home and go to sleep and be normal the next day.”
Ha!

BTW, as longtime fans know, Khloé and French have managed to stay friendly over the years despite their breakup. The rapper even previously praised their relationship publicly, insisting there was never any messy fallout between them. Clearly, that still holds true today.
Meanwhile, French has fully moved on romantically and is now engaged to Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Princess of Dubai, after proposing in 2025. Talk about an unexpected plot twist!
As for Khloé? It sounds like she survived her accidental reunion tour just fine! But don’t expect her to suddenly become the queen of nightlife again anytime soon. One party full of exes was probably enough excitement for the rest of the year!
