Taylor Swift and Jack Antonoff may be on a break from making music together, but that does not mean their friendship is dunzo for good! As you know, the pair have been close friends and collaborators ever since Jack worked on her track Sweeter Than Fiction in 2013. They went on to make 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore, Midnights, and The Tortured Poets Department together. He even helped out with the re-recordings of her albums after Scooter Braun obtained her masters back in 2019. (c) Adriana M. Netflix Announces Animated Series ‘Dad’s House’ From the Creators of Smiling Friends and Danger 5
Picture Credit: Netflix Adding to its ever-growing roster of adult animation, Netflix has officially greenlit Dad’s House, a brand-new animated comedy series hailing from the brilliant comedic minds behind Smiling Friends and Danger 5. Here is everything we know so far about the newly announced Australian comedy series. At the helm of Dad’s House is an all-star trio of Australian comedy creators serving as Showrunners and Executive Producers: Michael Cusack (the co-creator of Adult Swim’s massive hit Smiling Friends, as well as YOLO), Dario Russo (Danger 5, Italian Spiderman, The Fox), and David Ashby (Danger 5, Italian Spiderman). Handling the…
It’s time to update your 2026 Emmys predictions — stat! Gold Derby has confirmed that The Pitt scene-stealer Shawn Hatosy is jumping from Best Drama Guest Actor to Best Drama Supporting Actor for Season 2. The Emmy move is a surprise considering Hatosy won the guest category last year for playing Dr. Jack Abbott on the inaugural season of HBO Max’s medical series. Hatosy was eligible to compete as a guest star once again, since he only showed up in six of the 15 episodes for Season 2. Per Emmy rules, guest stars must appear in fewer than 50% of…
Sheinelle Jones remembers the advice she got following her husband Uche Ojeh’s death in May 2025. “‘In the first year after you lose someone,’” she recalled in an exclusive interview with E! News, “‘don’t do anything.’” While apt advice for some, Sheinelle has done what some might describe as the exact opposite—herself included. Not only has the 48-year-old stepped into a new role alongside Jenna Bush Hager on Today’s fourth hour, but she’s also finished, released and gone on tour for her first book, Through Mom’s Eyes: Simple Wisdom From Mothers Who Raised Extraordinary Humans. “That’s because there are no rules,”…
Darren Aronofsky has given us some mind-bending movies like Black Swan, Requiem for a Dream, Pi, and more. His recent movies, like Brendan Fraser’s Oscar-winning The Whale and Austin Butler’s Caught Stealing, struck a nerve with audiences. The filmmaker always brings an idea with his own touch and presents even the most familiar material from a thought-provoking angle. Among those features is Russell Crowe-led Noah, the biblical epic, which was not only controversial but also polarized its audiences. The critics gave it a 75% Rotten Tomatoes score, owing to its enchanting visuals and compelling performances, while audiences were more unforgiving…
Prime Video “The Boys” claims another casualty in Season 5, Episode 5 — and for this particular victim, the writing was apparently on the wall since day one. In the final moments of the hour, after learning that Soldier Boy has been sleeping with Firecracker (and worse, they’ve been having pillow talk!), Homelander makes an example out of her… by pushing her head into a golden eagle statue, impaling her brain in the process. It’s hardly the most graphic death we’ve seen on “The Boys,” but its subtlety only makes…
The first Devil Wears Prada was a bonafide hit after it released in 2006. Meryl Streep knew that it would be, which is why she doubled her salary ask when she was first offered the part of the now-iconic Miranda Priestly. Now 20 years later, Streep revealed that bold (but worthy) negotiation move when speaking about Devil Wears Prada 2 with her sequel co-stars Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci. “I read the script [for the original], the script was great. They called me up and they made an offer, and I said, ‘No, not going to do it,’”…

Roku’s affordable ad-free streaming service, Howdy, just hit a major milestone by reaching a million subscribers. The number comes from a report from Antenna, showing the rapid growth of the service. Roku launched Howdy in August 2025 as a way for Roku to dive into the paid streaming game, while giving viewers a more affordable option, with a price of $2.99 per month. “Priced at less than a cup of coffee, Howdy is ad-free and designed to complement, not compete with, premium services,” said Roku founder and CEO Anthony Wood when the service launched. “We’re meeting a real need for consumers who…
Nominations for the 70th Annual Drama Desk Awards were announced on Wednesday, and off-Broadway productions dominated this year’s slate of nominees. Beau the Musical and Mexodus led the field with 10 nominations apiece. Since Broadway and off-Broadway productions compete against one another in combined categories, many Tony hopefuls were omitted this morning. But some important tea leaves can still be gleaned from these awards. For starters, only two Broadway musicals made the cut in the Drama Desk’s Outstanding Musical lineup: the crowd-pleasers Schmigadoon! and Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York). Two Strangers was also the only Broadway musical…
