Welcome to your weekly look-ahead at what’s coming to Netflix! As we head into the middle of May, the streaming service is dropping a seriously packed slate of brand-new originals, some major theatrical animated hits, and a massive live sporting event that’s guaranteed to dominate the weekend.

Here’s your comprehensive guide to everything coming to Netflix in the US (and most global regions) between May 11th and May 16th, 2026.

If you want to look even further ahead, don’t forget to check out our constantly updated guide to everything coming to Netflix in May 2026!

Most Anticipated New Releases Coming to Netflix This Week

Devil May Cry (Season 2) Netflix Original

Coming to Netflix: Tuesday

Adi Shankar’s incredible “Bootleg Universe” continues to thrive on Netflix. Following a stellar debut season that perfectly captured the stylized, demon-hunting mayhem of Capcom’s iconic video game franchise, Dante is back to carve up the underworld.

Animated by Studio Mir (The Legend of Korra, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf), Season 2 promises higher stakes, flashier combos, and more of the slick, heavy-metal action that fans of the games have been begging for. Grab your pizza and dual pistols; this is going to be a fun binge.

Goat (2026)

Coming to Netflix: Thursday

Making a fast break from theaters to streaming, Sony Pictures Animation’s smash-hit Goat arrives on Netflix much sooner than expected! Produced by NBA legend Stephen Curry, this animated sports comedy had a massive box office run earlier this year and is now set to dominate the streaming charts.

The story centers on an undersized goat who discovers a supernatural talent for “roarball”—the animal kingdom’s equivalent of basketball. With a stacked voice cast featuring Caleb McLaughlin, David Harbour, and Nicola Coughlan, and blending 2D and 3D animation to capture the kinetic energy of streetball, this is a surefire hit for family movie night.

Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine (2026) Netflix Original

Coming to Netflix: Friday

The countdown for the greatest heist in history is back on! But if you’re loading up your Netflix app looking for Berlin Season 2, you’re in for a surprise. Netflix has opted to release the highly anticipated next chapter of its hit Money Heist spin-off as a separately titled series: Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine.

This time, the crew reunites in the sun-drenched streets of Seville, Spain. Berlin (Pedro Alonso) and Damián (Tristán Ulloa) are pretending to steal Leonardo Da Vinci’s iconic painting as a Trojan horse to pull off their real goal: exacting revenge against the powerful Duke of Málaga. Of course, this isn’t the end for Money Heist, with the franchise set to expand with what’s expected to be a direct sequel to the main show soon.

Black Phone 2 (2025)

Coming to Netflix: Saturday

If you’re a fan of supernatural horror, clear your schedule this weekend. Making its highly anticipated (partial) SVOD debut, the chilling sequel to Universal and Blumhouse’s breakout hit is finally arriving on Netflix.

Set a few years after the traumatic events of the first film, Black Phone 2 reunites director Scott Derrickson with his phenomenal cast, including Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, and, yes, Ethan Hawke, who reprises his deeply unsettling role as The Grabber. This time, the franchise pivots to the snow-covered grounds of Alpine Lake Camp, expanding the lore and blending supernatural suspense with Stephen King-esque storytelling.
