Alexia Nepola is sharing a relationship update!
The 59-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star got married to husband Todd Nepola in 2021, and two years later, he filed for divorce.
However, two years later, they were seen packing on the PDA during a beach outing a month after their divorce was finalized.
Now, while appearing on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday (September 13), she revealed where they stand today after another year has gone by.

On WWHL, host Andy Cohen asked her to define her current relationship with Todd as they are “clearly back together again.”
“Very happy,” she responded. “Things are so much better. We’re in a great place, and you know, love wins. We figured it out.”
In June 2025, Alexia also said that she and Todd were very happy.
“All we know is that we love each other and we are very happy with each other. We’re in a good place and we want to be together,” she shared at the time.
When asked if she would ever get married again, she said it would only to be to Todd if she did.
“I would only remarry Todd. Not anybody else,” she said. “I would definitely not do it on TV.”
”I feel like that’s such a special moment between the bride and the groom,” Alexia added, noting that filming “takes away [from] everything.”
“So I would definitely love to renew my vows one day with him, but I’m definitely not getting married to anyone else,” she said with a laugh. “That’s for sure!”
Earlier this year, Real Housewives of Miami was put on pause for a second time.
