Kim Zolciak Speaks Out After 15-Year-Old Son’s Aggravated Sexual Battery Arrest

Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.‘s case is moving forward.
The 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was indicted Sept. 3 on seven counts following his Aug. 17 arrest, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
A grand jury from Fulton County, Ga., validated the charges, which allege that KJ “did unlawfully commit an immoral and indecent act” with a “child under the age of 16 years” on April 23, among other acts related to sexual assault.
The charge for false imprisonment accuses KJ of “unlawfully” detaining the victim “without legal authority and violation of the personal liberty” of the minor. The alleged incident took place in a Lifetime Fitness gym’s changing room, per a criminal warrant obtained by E! News.
After KJ was charged, his attorney Jason Sheffield spoke out on his behalf to maintain his innocence.
