Candace Owens has a lot of major news to share — and, wow, it is a lot to unpack all at once!
The conservative commentator and podcaster revealed this week that several rumors swirling among her followers were actually true: she is expecting baby number five. And she’s not dead. Wait, WHAT?!
After months of speculation from fans who thought they spotted clues, Owens confirmed the pregnancy on her podcast and admitted that her audience figured it out far earlier than she did.

During the episode, she said:
“You guys were correct. I am with child. I am expecting another child. A lot of you guys had sussed that out. Genuinely, within the first four weeks of my pregnancy. I actually found out, I am not kidding, that I was pregnant from you guys. You guys were in the comments, you were asking questions.”
Awww!
Apparently, her followers were paying very close attention!
But it wasn’t just the pregnancy announcement that had people talking. Owens also opened up about some of the symptoms she has thus far been experiencing while pregnant, including one confession that immediately raised eyebrows:
“I grow, sort of increasingly violent when I am — something about growing a boy inside of you that makes you want to aggress. I don’t understand it, but I want to physically fight people. There’s nothing I can do about it; it’s a condition.”
Whoa…!
That’s certainly one way to describe pregnancy cravings and mood changes! But as if pregnancy news wasn’t enough excitement for one week, Owens also found herself forced to address a bizarre and disturbing death hoax that spread online.
Reports claiming she had passed away began circulating on social media days ago, prompting concern from supporters and followers. So, on the show, Owens wasted no time setting the record straight:
“I did not die this weekend. … I did not slow down my weekend in any way at all. I can’t live in a cage. A bird can’t fly in a cage. I did a lot of things this weekend, dying was not one of them. In fact, it’s the opposite. I’m growing life.”
The false report appears to have originated from a post on podcaster Lilly Gaddis‘ account on X (Twitter), which claimed that Owens had died under suspicious circumstances, and read:
“Candace Owen’s family reached out to me earlier this morning. It is with deep sadness and sorrow that I am sharing the passing of my long-time friend and fellow political commentator, Candace. But I also can’t shake the feeling that this wasn’t simply a random tragedy. There are circumstances surrounding Candace’s death, especially after Charlie’s [Kirk] passing, that raise serious questions, and I hope the full truth comes to light.”
That post was later deleted. And according to reports via Radar Online and others, Gaddis claimed an unauthorized individual was responsible for publishing it and said the matter was being investigated. Oookay…

Meanwhile, Owens continued pushing back against the rumors with a much simpler message:
“Thank you all for the messages of concern, but I am not dead.”
She later suggested on the pod that the hoax may have been intended to rattle her psychologically, but she appeared determined not to let it distract her from the far happier news that she’s preparing to welcome another child. Love it!
Owens has not publicly revealed a due date yet. BTW, she shares four other children with her husband, George Farmer, and obviously their growing family is about to get even bigger.
