Lil Nas X is back on social media.
After a concerning 2025 in which he was arrested for walking around the streets of El Lay in his underwear and allegedly assaulting a police officer, the Montero rapper is back and seems to be doing well.
In the candid new video posted to his Instagram on Wednesday, the musician revealed he’s been in rehab for a few months, while also bouncing back and forth between his homes in Atlanta and California. He said he’s got a therapist now, and that it’s been “helping” a lot with his Bipolar disorder diagnosis.
