Whoa. A shocking new claim connected to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal is putting renewed attention on Andrew Mountbatten Windsor‘s long-scrutinized relationship with the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender.
According to testimony given to US lawmakers and reported on by The Sun and others this week, Sarah Kellen — who claims she was abused by Epstein for more than a decade — alleged that she spent time inside royal circles, including attending a dinner with the former prince Andrew at Buckingham Palace and later appearing at Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday celebration at Windsor Castle. Whoa!!!

If true, the allegations would mark a significant development in the sprawling Epstein saga, as this would be the first known instance of someone claiming to be a victim of abuse or trafficking connected to Epstein publicly speaking about attending royal residences, per The Sun.
Kellen made the remarks while testifying before the US House Oversight Committee as part of an investigation into Epstein and his network of associates. During her testimony, she alleged years of abuse and claimed she was subjected to mistreatment by Epstein as well as several people connected to him. However, she reportedly stated that she did not experience any inappropriate behavior from Andrew himself.
Still, the revelations are raising plenty of eyebrows given the former prince’s well-documented friendship with the late financier and convicted sex offender. Andrew, who has repeatedly denied wrongdoing related to the Epstein scandal, was stripped of his royal military affiliations and patronages amid the fallout from the controversy.
Kellen also spoke about Epstein’s former girlfriend and longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a prison sentence in the US for sex trafficking offenses. In particularly striking testimony, Kellen offered her view of Maxwell’s influence over Epstein:
“I feel like she kind of taught and shaped Jeffrey into who he became, showed him how to use his money. He didn’t have private planes before her, he didn’t have the townhouse before her. She kind of showed him how he should live his life.”
Wow…
Another eyebrow-raising allegation involved Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s former wife. Kellen reportedly claimed that Maxwell arranged meetings between Ferguson and Epstein in 2008, during a period when Epstein was serving a jail sentence but was allowed day-release privileges.

The testimony also touched on Kellen’s own controversial role within Epstein’s orbit. Over the years, some attorneys representing Epstein victims have characterized her as being deeply involved in recruiting and grooming underage girls. Kellen was also reportedly identified as a potential co-conspirator during plea negotiations involving Epstein.
But she pushed back on that characterization during her testimony, insisting she was never contacted by investigators to provide her account:
“No one from law enforcement ever spoke with me, ever heard my side, ever asked me a single question.”
Meanwhile, when The Sun sought comment from Buckingham Palace regarding the latest claims, they were directed to a previous statement issued on behalf of King Charles III and Queen Camilla:
“Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”
As always, allegations connected to Epstein’s network continue to generate intense public interest, especially when they intersect with high-profile figures and institutions. While Andrew has consistently denied wrongdoing, the latest testimony is certain to spark fresh discussion about the extent of Epstein’s connections and who may have crossed paths within that world.
