September is going to be a big month for Paramount+.
The newest Scary Movie will make its streaming debut on the platform; the MTV Video Music Awards will be streaming live for Paramount+ Premium subscribers; and new episodes of South Park, The Amazing Race, Survivor, and The Daily Show will be available for next-day streaming. Oh, and did we mention that Amazon offers a free trial of Paramount+?
Perhaps the biggest September premiere, however, is… drumroll… MobLand!
Starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren, the second season of this fan favorite follows the Harrigans as rising rivals threaten their fractured criminal empire. Per Paramount, Harry Da Souza (Hardy) must walk a dangerous tightrope when tensions within the family intensify.
Also starring Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Teddie Allen, and Emmett J. Scanlan, the second season also features new series regulars Johnny Flynn (Ripley) and Ophelia Lovibond (Guardians of the Galaxy).
