Tom Holland is back as Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though he faces some evolutionary obstacles as his arachnid DNA and hormones challenge his body and senses in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
With the help of Evie (voiced by Naomi Watts), he navigates some technological developments and develops tools to help him not only combat his inner, isolated struggle, but also the mysterious force wreaking havoc on the Department of Defense and other parts of Manhattan and New York City.
