Ciara Miller has her eye on the Mirrorball Trophy as she prepares to take the Dancing With the Stars season 35 stage.
“If I’ve learned anything from Love Island and Kenzie, it’s [that] I need to stretch more,” Ciara, 30, exclusively told Us while promoting her partnership with Celsius. “You release a lot of tension from your hips, so I’m taking her advice and pivoting that into my Dancing With the Stars prep.”
For Ciara, that means trying her hand at pilates and stretching — while aiming to hopefully “try and get” her splits.
“I want to be as flexible as I can for this, and obviously don’t want to be carried out on a stretcher when practice starts,” she quipped. “So I’m trying to prep now. I’ve got my work cut out for me. It’s going to be an intense few months or however long I’m there, but obviously I’m going with the intention of giving it my all and to not go home within the first week.”
The Summer House star admitted that she’s nervous for the upcoming season, where she will be competing against several high-profile contestants including Love Island’s Maura Higgins, Savannah Bananas player Jackson Olson and Jimmy Kimmel’s sidekick, Guillermo Rodriguez.
“Literally, my friend said today, he was like, ‘How do you think you’re gonna get past the jitters?’ He’s like, ‘Not only the live audience, but like the world?’ I was like, ‘You know what? I don’t need this right now. I don’t,’” Ciara recalled to Us. “I wasn’t thinking about it, to be honest.”
As Ciara preps to lace up her dancing shoes, she told Us she’s received some tips from DWTS season 2 contestant Lisa Rinna.

“Lisa Rinna was like, ‘It’s gonna be the best experience of your life.’ I saw her in Cannes for the Amfar Gala, and she was like, ‘It’s going to change your life,’” Ciara said. “I was like, ‘I am so freaking excited, and I’m open to the experience.’ I’m ready. I’m so competitive, so I’m trying to ease myself into the mindset. I’m just ready to also have fun as well.”
Before hitting the ballroom floor, Ciara is partnering with Celsius to help launch the SPRITZ VIBE Summer Edition — where the brand is bringing back the seasonal VIBE collection with an all-new Sparkling Limoncello Twist.
“Oh my gosh, I have so much to prep for and I feel like I need all the help I can get,” Ciara said. “Literally just got up out of a stretching class, had the Celsius Limoncello Twist with me. It’s like the perfect flavor for summer. I love a summer spritz. So when Celsius was like, ‘Do you want to partner with us for our Limoncello?’ I was like, ‘Of course I do.’ I’m the queen of Italy, and I would be in Italy if I wasn’t in the Hamptons. But here I am.”
