Netflix is set to receive another special episode of One Piece! Coming to Netflix on July 11, 2026, is One Piece: Heroines, a collection of short stories centered on the female heroes of One Piece. Nami will take center stage in the first special episode. Here’s everything we know about One Piece: Heroines on Netflix.
One Piece: Heroines is an upcoming Japanese anime special episode and an adaptation of the light novels of the same name, written by Jun Esaka and illustrated by Sua Sayaka, set in the world of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece. The light novel was first published in Jump J-Books on December 13, 2019, and ran until September 4, 2023, for a total of 2 volumes (10 chapters).
The collection of short stories focuses exclusively on female heroes of One Piece, including Nami, Robin, Perona, and Princess Vivi. The first episode will focus on Nami’s story.
Haruka Kamatani directed the episode, with Takahi Kojima as the Character Design/Animation Director. The screenplay was written by Momoa Toyoda.

The special episode will first air in Japan on Fuji TV on July 5, 2026.
