Each week, Netflix releases a roundup of the most popular 10 films on the streaming service that are getting the most love from subscribers.
Currently, Netflix’s true-crime documentary The Crash continues to hold the No. 1 spot on this week’s list, followed by the 2007 crime thriller Cleaner and the star-studded animated movie GOAT.

When she was 17 years old, Mackenzie Shirilla crashed her car into a brick building, resulting in the deaths of Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan. In 2023, a judge determined the car crash was premeditated and Mackenzie was found guilty on two counts of murder. This true crime doc, directed by Gareth Johnson, features a jailhouse interview with Mackenzie herself and input from her parents.

Photo: Netflix This new documentary explores the 1992 murder of Rachel Nickell, which was eventually solved in 2008. Nickell was tragically murdered in broad daylight while talking a walk through London’s Wimbledon Common with her dog and her two-year-old son, Alex, who ultimately became the only witness to the crime. The case also inspired the new Netflix limited series, The Witness.
