Even though it feels like the year just started, it’s speeding by at full force and we’re starting get release dates for some of the most anticipated Netflix shows coming in 2026. Of course, that includes the newest mystery thriller miniseries from the expert of the genre, especially on Netflix, Harlan Coben. The star-studded I Will Find You is headed for our watch lists this summer.

Netflix officially announced that Harlan Coben’s I Will Find You premieres on Thursday, June 18, 2026, with all eight episodes dropping at once. Like all of Coben’s Netflix shows, the series is based on his best-selling book of the same name, but unlike his other hit series that have gripped the globe, I Will Find You is the first American series adaptation to hit Netflix.

Along with the release date announcement for I Will Find You, Netflix also dropped a number of first-look photos and the teaser trailer. The first footage from the series reveals stars Sam Worthington and Emmy Award winner Britt Lower in action, but fellow star Milo Ventimiglia only has a brief cameo in the teaser that definitely leaves us wanting more. Check out the chilling teaser trailer below!

Worthington and Lower lead the cast of I Will Find You, which weaves another captivating tale from Coben about a missing child and a parent willing to do anything to track them down. However, in this series, Worthington plays a father who has been wrongfully convicted of his son’s murder, but he holds onto hope that his son is still alive, so much so that he does the impossible.

Here’s the official synopsis for the series from Netflix’s press release: “An innocent father serving life for the murder of his own son receives evidence that his child may still be alive—and must break out of prison to find out the truth.”

In addition to Worthington, Lower, and Ventimiglia, I Will Find You also stars Logan Browning, Erin Richards, Chi McBride, and Jonathan Tucker. The series comes from co-creator, showrunner, and writer Robert Hull, who previously worked on television series such as Veronica Mars, Gossip Girl, Alcatraz, Once Upon a Time, and Gotham. Clearly, we’re in good hands!

Since the year kicked off, as per Netflix tradition, with Harlan Coben’s Run Away on New Year’s Day, fans have been itching for the next new limited series from the masterful mystery writer. Netflix had confirmed that I Will Find You would be released this year, but we now know it’s set to take over our watch lists in June as the simply unmissable, must-watch thriller of the summer.

We’ll have to wait and see if this will be the Coben series to make its way into major award contention with its big-name cast members, but whether I Will Find You enters that level of acclaim or not, we’ll be well fed with an unpredictable binge-watch. Take a closer look at the series below with the official poster and more first-look photos of the cast!
