Will There Be a Season 2 of DTF St. Louis?
DTF St. Louis was billed as a miniseries, so as of now, we don’t expect a second season. But that doesn’t mean that the show couldn’t continue in some capacity.
The central Season 1 story between Clark, Floyd, and Carol is complete. But in a recent interview with GQ, series creator Steven Conrad was asked about the possibility of returning to the world of DTF St. Louis, with potential future installments centering on “Richard Jenkins and Joy Sunday talking sex and solving crimes.”
“Well, there’s a new instrument now: the White Lotus instrument,” Conrad said. “It’s similar themes and a different setting. A DTF anthology would be sex and violence, and if you had to pick two things as a writer to be restricted to, sex and violence are pretty good. There’s extended possibilities and infinite results, so I could do it.”
