For Molly Sims, years in the makeup chair led her to this moment. The YISE Beauty founder chatted exclusively with E! following the launch of her latest product innovation, the Xtremely Quenched Peptide Instant Glow Moisturizer, which comes on the heels of a slight change for the brand: the name. “So many people couldn’t pronounce [YSE]: ‘wait, what does it mean?” Molly explains, “We’re not changing who we are, I think we’re just getting clearer about it. We’re a bunch of women getting wiser.” Knowing her consumers are savvy, means the products also have to (obviously) match that energy. Enter…
Tommy Lee Jones had a peculiar status late in his career: he starred in several action blockbusters, without getting to do anything action star-like in them. When you think of Jones in action movies, you remember how he commands a scene, rather than any physical dominance. In Under Siege, the climactic knife fight isn’t what makes him memorable; it’s moments like the conversation directly beforehand, where you can practically see the footprints on the ground due to him acting circles around Steven Seagal, with banger lines like, “I got tired of coming up with last-minute desperate solutions to impossible problems…

With final Emmy voting underway, the crush of last-minute FYC events have tapered off since TV Academy members started filling out their ballots this past Monday. But at least one show made one last effort to appeal to voters… through their stomachs. The director of the Oscar-nominated docudrama The Voice of Hind Rajab has criticized the Israeli military investigation announced this week into the death of the 5-year-old Palestinian girl, who was killed after Israeli forces fired on her family’s car in Gaza City. “This announcement is a smokescreen,” Kaouther Ben Hania said on Instagram, questioning why it took so long to launch the investigation. “For more than two years, the evidence has been there: independent investigations, satellite imagery, ballistic analysis,” Ben Hania wrote. “And there was the most devastating evidence of all: Hind’s own voice, describing the Israeli tanks circling around…
