Page Six reports that prosecution objected to Hickerson’s motions to expunge and to reduce charges to a misdemeanor during a hearing on Thursday, August 13. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to the outlet that Judge Olivia Rosales denied Hickerson’s motion.
