Kimora Lee Simmons’ estranged husband, financier Tim Leissner, has filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage. Us Weekly obtained court documents showing that Leissner, 56, officially sought to end his marriage on February 4 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Leissner did not specify a separation date in his divorce petition but he has reportedly been separated from Simmons, 50, since at least 2022. (TMZ was the first to report the news.) Apple Inc. has announced a major leadership change at the highest levels of the company. Tim Cook will step down from his position as chief executive officer to become executive chairman of the board of directors. John Ternus, currently serving as senior vice president of Hardware Engineering, has been named the next chief executive officer.
