West Wilson, you dog. In a preview for next week’s Summer House Season 10 finale, Wilson takes his newly rekindled friendship with Ciara Miller to the next level with a hot and steamy kiss.
For some context, Miller and Wilson previously dated when he joined Summer House in Season 8, though he ultimately ended their relationship the following fall for what Miller described as “show-related reasons.” When it came time to film Summer House Season 9, Miller wanted nothing to do with her ex-situationship, but by the time Season 10 rolled around last summer, she was ready to put the drama behind them and become friends again.
It was clear from their first weekend back in the Hamptons last summer that romantic feelings were still lingering. After many flirty nights out and a long-overdue conversation, they decided to pick up their friendship where it left off three years earlier. However, at this point in the show, they have yet to define the specific state of their relationship.
“I feel like I’m seeing a change,” Miller said in her confessional in tonight’s episode of Summer House. “He’s making some positive steps, and I appreciate them. I’m scared of his ability to be very invested, and then not at all. It’s the whiplash of like, in it, and then not. Do you care or don’t care? Are we actually gonna be friends or are we just gonna be friends in the house, and then post-summer nothing?”
Things get interesting in next week’s Season 10 finale. In a teaser that played after tonight’s episode, Wilson gushes over his “chemistry” with Miller, who shares that they “might’ve kissed.” Her confession is naturally accompanied by security camera footage to prove that they did, in fact, share a steamy makeout session in the backyard.
“The problem is you really like him,” Mia Calabrese says, to which Miller replies, “Yeah.”

What they didn’t realize back in August was that six short months later, Wilson would be striking up a romance with Miller’s best friend, Amanda Batula. His and Miller’s kiss in the finale surely adds more questions to the timeline, especially since it proves that their relationship wasn’t merely some four-month situationship that started and ended years ago. How long did Wilson and Miller’s rekindled flame last after the summer? Were they seeing each other romantically at the same time he was wooing her recently-separated BFF? These are all questions the reunion is sure to answer.
In the meantime, the Summer House Season 10 finale airs next Tuesday, May 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
