Disney+ is heading into May with a packed lineup of premieres, returning favorites and major live sports.
May kicks off with the premiere of “Sofia the First: Royal Magic” and “Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir Chibi: Shorts.” ESPN broadcasts begin early, including the men’s lacrosse championship, the PGA championship and, later in the month, the women’s college world series.
On the entertainment side, new and returning titles arrive across Disney+ and Hulu, with highlights like “We Bought a Zoo,” Season 9 of “American Idol” and Season 2 of “Rivals” available for streaming.
