‘I’ll Be Seeing You’ Cast Guide: Who Stars In Hallmark Channel’s Road Trip Romance?

Tyler Hynes fans—better known as “Hynies”—are sure going to be excited about tonight’s Hallmark Channel premiere.

I’ll Be Seeing You stars Hynes as Mark, alongside Stacey Farber as Amy, in a touching new road trip romance. According to the network, the film follows Amy, whose weekend plans with her grandmother (Christine Ebersole) get derailed by a “work errand,” leading them to “embark on a road trip with one sentimental detour,” with “the help of a charming activities director” (Hynes).

This film is particularly special for Hynes, who explained on Instagram that it is the “first project [he] put into development at @hallmarkchannel as a producer.” Hynes cited “the reason” this is the case to be his respect and appreciation for his elders, and the input he has heard from fans about longing for a story like this.

“There’s a voice I’ve grown to deeply cherish,” he wrote. “A voice I’ve had the privilege of acting opposite. A voice I have the honour of meeting on these tours. And I wanted that voice to take center stage. I deeply admire the generation that came before me. Not just for their wisdom but for their spirit. And there’s nothing more beautiful then when I hear of families using these movies as multigenerational shared experiences. So here it is. A title and a song I’ve shared with you for years. A movie inspired by you. Made with you mind. With exactly the people I wished to make it with.”

Want to know who’s who in I’ll Be Seeing You? Take a look at our I’ll Be Seeing You cast guide below.

Mark (Tyler Hynes) is the interim activities director at Summerville Meadows, the senior living community where Amy’s grandmother, Vivien, lives. He values his role and the connections he’s made through it, and is faced with the decision of taking on the job full time.

Hynes is a certified Hallmark hunk, now having led over 20 Hallmark Channel movies. Some notable examples include The Groomsmen and the Three Wise Men franchises, and Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.

  2. Stacey Farber in 'I'll Be Seeing You'

Stacey Farber plays Amy, a workaholic aiming for a big promotion who is struggling to find room for her search for love. During a visit to see her grandmother, she gets diverted with a work trip, leading to a road trip with her grandma, her grandma’s friend, and their senior residence’s activities director, who remind her of the important things in life.

Farber’s big break was marked by her starring role as Ellie Nash on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Among her other TV credits are Saving Hope, Supergirl, and Virgin River. Farber is not new to Hallmark, having starred in films like Hanukkah on the Rocks.

  3. Christine Ebersole in 'I'll Be Seeing You'

Vivien, played by Christine Ebersole, is Amy’s grandmother. Her positive outlook on life and love helps Amy reevaluate her workaholic approach, and she unites Amy, Sue, Mark, and herself for a once-in-a-lifetime road trip.

Ebersole has led a decades-long career, notably working on films like Richie Rich, The Wolf of Wall Street, and Licorice Pizza. This film also reunites the actress with Hynes, as they both starred in 2024’s Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.

  4. BJ Harrison as Sue

BJ Harrison plays Sue, a friend of Vivien’s at Summerville Meadows who lost her husband recently. She eagerly joins Vivien, Amy, and Mark for their road trip, excited to embrace adventure, love, and new experiences.

Harrison’s expansive onscreen career includes credits in IT: Welcome to Derry, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and Family Law. Before I’ll Be Seeing You, she most recently appeared in Great American Family’s Ainsley McGregor Mysteries: A Case for the Watchmaker.

I’ll Be Seeing You premieres tonight at 8/7 c on Hallmark Channel, with next-day streaming on Hallmark+.
