What are the Critics Choice Awards?
The Critics Choice Association is the largest critics organization in the United States and Canada, representing more than 500 media critics and entertainment journalists. It was established in 2019 with the merger of the Broadcast Film Critics Association and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association. The association membership votes on the nominations and winners of the Critics Choice Awards, honoring the best of film and television. The CCAs consider themselves among the most accurate predictors of Oscar nominations.

Nominations will be unveiled on Dec. 4, 2026.
When and where will the 2027 CCAs take place?
The 32nd annual Critics Choice Awards will take place on Jan. 3, 2027 — one week before the Golden Globes — at Santa Monica’s Barker Hangar, beginning at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
How to watch the 2027 CCAs?
The Critics Choice Awards will air live on to E! and USA Network. The CCA also announced on Monday that it has extended its broadcast deal with E! for two years, through 2028.
