“This is my daughter,” Bündchen said, showing off a photo of Vivian on her phone, “And she’s like, ‘Mum, let’s do a dance class.’ So this is us doing a dance class. I’m not so great.”
Meanwhile, her fitness routine isn’t the only change she’s made since welcoming her baby boy.
“Having a baby at this moment of my life is such a gift, because I’m in a different place,” she detailed. “I don’t have anything to prove. I don’t feel like I really, quite frankly, care.”
For Gisele, welcoming a baby at 45 was exactly what she needed to live her life to the fullest.
“I’m not defined by other people’s opinions,” she emphasized. “I feel like I get to choose how I want to live my life.”
