The Fourth of July is turning into New Year’s Eve, programming-wise, but instead of countdowns, we’re treated to copious amounts of fireworks!
There’s no shortage of options if you’re looking to stream a slew of network specials, with NBC, CBS, ABC, and CNN all airing a fun mix of fireworks and must-see musical performances. One quick programming note: PBS’ yearly July 4th special, A Capitol Fourth, actually aired on July 3rd, but it’s available on YouTube and video-on-demand until July 17.
Over on NBC, Terry Crews will host Macy’s annual event, which will feature performances by Noah Kahan, Post Malone, Salt-N-Pepa, Bebe Rexha, Shaboozey, Blake Shelton, and The Voice’s Alexia Jayy.

Featuring performances by Lainey Wilson, Chance The Rapper, Trombone Shorty, and Megan Hilty, Jane Lynch hosts The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular on CNN from 7:00-9:30 p.m. ET.
The special will air on CNN, CNN.com, and CNN All Access.
The Great American Block Party 250 on CBS:
Hosted by Tony Dokoupil and Nischelle Turner, CBS’ special features performances by Zac Brown Band, Jon Batiste, Goo Goo Dolls, and The War and Treaty, the three-hour special on CBS and Paramount+ Premium starts at 8:00 p.m. ET and is advertising the “largest fireworks display ever.“
