The Academy of Country Music has announced its slate of 2026 special award honorees for the upcoming 19th ACM Honors on Aug. 19.
The list includes an impressive collection of established country stars, recent AMC Award winners, and one TV show with a tangy soundtrack.
The honorees for the 2026 edition of the event will be Bill Anderson, Brett James, C2C: Country to Country, the Carter Family, Eric Church, Kacey Musgraves, Landman, Leslie Fram, Mike Curb, and Scott Zolke.
ACM Honors will also feature a special celebration of recent ACM Artist-Songwriter of the Year winner Ella Langley and Songwriter of the Year winner Jessie Jo Dillon.
The show, which will be hosted by Carly Pearce and Parker McCollum, will be open to the general public. Tickets go on sale for the 19th Academy of Country Music Honors on June 26. The event will take place in Nashville at The Pinnacle.
The honors come at a critical time for several of the honorees. Kacey Musgraves’ latest album, Middle of Nowhere, earned some of her best reviews since her Grammy-sweeping record, Golden Hours, and perhaps her best odds as well. Meanwhile, Landman is hoping to break the long-standing drought of Taylor Sheridan shows at the Emmy Awards.
Ella Langley will be looking to continue her winning streak from the ACM Awards for her hit single “Choosin’ Texas.” The song has been a fixture on the Hot 100, and some have pointed to the recent changes to the Grammy’s Best New Artist rules as a way of making space for Langley, who previously submitted but failed to secure of nomination.
