Influencer Gives Birth After Being Kicked Out by NFL Player

Influencer Lyss Okada announced the arrival of her daughter, Akira Jade, after a tumultuous final month of her pregnancy.

Okada shared a carousel of photos via Instagram on Sunday, June 21, which came just weeks after she was allegedly kicked out of the home of her ex-boyfriend, Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Fred Johnson.

Johnson, 29, is believed to be the father of the newborn. The former couple announced Okada’s pregnancy news together via Instagram in December 2025, and shared that she was having a girl in a joint sex reveal ceremony in January.

In a TikTok video posted on May 8, Okada claimed Johnson wasted no time getting back on the dating market, alleging that he was looking for women on dating apps while she was in the third trimester of her pregnancy.

Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Reece Weaver wasted no time in making another major decision after announcing her surprising retirement from the iconic squad.  “We also just moved to Alabama, so we’re really excited about that,” Weaver, 24, exclusively told Us Weekly about life with her husband, Will Allman. “I think right now it’s just trying to […]

“Just a quick question, she said. “Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his 8-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter to then be on [dating app] Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, hypothetically you would not think that that type of man is a good man or a good father. You would probably not think that that type of man has integrity or morals or any form of decency, right?”

She continued, “I’m just trying to see if we’re all on the same page.”

Okada posted another TikTok video three days later, saying it was time to “stop blaming women for the partners they choose and start blaming the partners for pretending to be something that they’re not.”

“I am so used to people’s judgments and opinions and whatever they want to say about what I share on the Internet,” she said. “But what I’ve realized is there are so many people quick to say, ‘Well, what did you do in the situation?’ or ‘You knew what you were getting yourself into’ or ‘You know who you picked.’ That’s not true. No woman ever knowingly goes into a situation thinking, ‘This person’s going to hurt me, this person’s going to lie to me, this person’s gonna turn out to be a completely different person than the one he’s showing me.’”

New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith was questioned after a woman accused him of abuse and neglecting his “special needs” child in favor of playing video games.  Police reportedly investigated claims made against Smith, 35, over the weekend, according to TMZ. No charges were filed against Smith and “the case is no longer open,” NFL […]

Okada added, “I think it’s really sick that people put the blame on women for truly just believing in and trusting the man that they fell in love with.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Johnson and the Eagles for comment.

The NFL star has not addressed the allegations directly, but he did make a cryptic post amid Okada’s claims.

“God ain’t bring me this far just to leave me,” he wrote via his Instagram Story on May 11. “This to (sic) shall pass. I love you all.”
