For Collider’s next special event screening, we’re teaming up with Quiver Distribution to offer our readers in Los Angeles the chance to see Uwe Boll’s (Rampage) upcoming action thriller, Citizen Vigilante, in theaters. The movie stars actor Armie Hammer (The Social Network), and he’ll join us for the Q&A moderated by Collider’s Steve Weintraub. Citizen Vigilante marks Hammer’s second feature since his public controversy, after Travis Mills‘ Frontier Crucible, with Myles Clohessy and William H. Macy. In the movie, Hammer takes on a role that sees him taking justice into his own hands as Sanders, a wealthy businessman. Sanders is an intelligent and emotionally scarred man who transforms himself into an underground vigilante, targeting violent criminals who escape punishment from a flawed legal system. When this brutal campaign garners online attention, Sanders becomes a wanted criminal and public hero. The movie also stars Costas Mandylor (the Saw franchise).

If you’re in the Los Angeles area, join us on Tuesday, June 16th, at the Landmark Sunset Theatre. The screening will begin at 7:00 p.m. and all attendees will receive free popcorn and soda. Armie Hammer will join us for the Q&A.
